Brian Woltz

I graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2001. As a child and teen I was a competitive ski racer, and also a competitive kayak/canoer. This helps my understanding of the athletes mind and needs. I really stress work life balance in my career and that of my peers. My interests include snowboarding, surfing, mountain biking, running and teaching my two boys the "ropes". Actually, any time in the outdoors is great. I have physiotherapy on-field experience with soccer, football and rugby. I completed my residency exams in Manual and Manipulative therapy in 2004, and my advanced exams in 2007 to become a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists. I became certified in Intramuscular Stimulation in 2006.

Special Physio interests

  1. Fellow Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists
  2. Shoulder injury
  3. Dizziness -vestibular /vertigo
  4. Post concussion management
  5. Guidance and design of strength and conditioning routines

I'm very measurement oriented and believe that measurement allows us to fine tune dosage of any of our exercise interventions. I love the independence it can create for our clients
