More About Catherine Wood
Originally from PEI, I am excited to now call BC home! I did my schooling in Halifax at Dalhousie University, where I completed a BscKin and MScPT. During this time, I played rugby, coached, volunteered with Easter Seals, and was a student trainer for various hockey/ rugby teams and events. I still love to stay active, primarily with rugby, paddle-boarding, and hiking, but am always open to trying new things! Having practiced in a small community, I have spent my career thus far treating “a little bit of everything” but have a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation and strength/ conditioning. I also love working closely with athletes, finding out exactly what they need to do to get back to the game and helping them get there. I believe the client being strongly educated is a key factor in the process, and combine primarily manual therapy and exercise to get people back on their feet. I look forward to incorporating needling techniques in the near future. My goal, always, is to get you moving better in all aspects of your life by creating a program that is individualized to your needs, so that you can get back to doing the things that you love most
